Here is an interesting post on Knocking the exuberance out of employees.

Doesnt whatever he says very similar to what "general society" calls growing up - not being fussy, being accomodative, learning the ways of others and learning to live with the rest types :)

it's probably ironical, but society advances only when someone goes against societal norms. :-)
